Camiel Becker will join Maxine Bayley and Lisa Spiegel on October 12, 2017 at Duane Morris in San Francisco on a panel detailing how immigration lawyers should screen DACA and TPS recipients for eligibility for employment-based green cards and non-immigrant visas. The panel is hosted but the American Immigration Lawyers Association Northern California Chapter.
In light of the importance of the topic given Trump’s decision to phase-out DACA, AILA NorCal is offering the CLE at no cost but is asking for donations to support non-profit organizations.
