Partner Camiel Becker will speak at the 2020 AILA Athletics, Culture, Entertainment, and Science (ACES) Virtual Conference in a session titled “Waivers . . . Your Client Did What?!!!  Inadmissibility Issues for O’s and P’s.” The conference will be held virtually from Thursday – Friday, October 1-2, 2020. Camiel will join faculty members Zachary Robert Dussault (DL) of Charlotte, NC and Leslie Holman AILA Past President of Burlington, VT on a conference panel dedicated to waivers of inadmissibility for O and P Visas. The panelists will teach advocates how to assist clients who are found inadmissibility during consular interviews.  The panelist will teach practitioners how to recognize issues early on and how to determine when a formal 212(d)3 waiver may be required.
