Open Position: Associate Attorney (Immigration Law)

Remote (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Position Overview

This role will primarily focus on employment-based immigration, including PERM labor certifications, nonimmigrant visas (NIVs), as well as D3 and I-601 waivers, with some work on family-based cases and naturalization (N-400) matters.

Requirements
  • Licensure: Active law license in good standing in any U.S. State.
  • Presence: Ability to appear in person at USCIS interviews in the SF Bay Area.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel to USCIS offices nationwide 1–4 times per year.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of immigration law experience preferred (newly licensed attorneys will be considered).
  • Focus: A strong, demonstrated interest in employment-based immigration is required.
  • Skills: Exceptional writing, organizational, and communication skills.
